CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens, things sometimes pop up and you are unable to keep your appointment. We request that you give us 24 HOUR NOTICE if you need to cancel/reschedule.

If you cancel with less then the 24 hours required or you No-show to your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of your scheduled services

If there are reoccurring cancellations/no-shows, you will be required to prepay 100% of your scheduled appointment.


REFUNDS and RETURN POLICY

Refunds are not given on services. NO EXCEPTIONS. We guarantee our work. If you are unhappy with the service you received, we ask that you reach out within 24 hours of your appointment. We will be happy to discuss any needed adjustments. We will make any needed adjustments on services that were not performed to usual Headcases standards. If you (the guest) change your mind on your service choice, that adjustment may require added charges.

CHILDREN at the salon

We ask that you do not bring children to the salon unless they have an appointment. This allows for a relaxing experience for both you and all our guests.
